Audio Decoder SDK v6.1.19 (08-25-2025)

Nielsen Decoder SDK decode NAES2 (N2)/NAES6 watermarks (NW) as well as Critical Band Encoding Technology (CBET) code from content. It also generates PAS, Unitam and StreamFP signatures.

The changes in the new software version since version 6.0.17:

Fix watermarks time rollover - Nielsen Time Conversion functions were updated to ensure accurate date time string interpretation after Rollover time 18:48:31 January 5 2027.
The NAES-6 JSON detection message now includes a new decoderLocalCurrentTime field.
The NAES-6 decoder interface now supports a new configuration parameter of type ClockSetMode_t. It must be set to USER_SUPPLIED_CLOCK_TIME for realtime processing. The application must pass the accurate current unix time to CMeter::ProcessAudioBuffer Interface for accurate N6 encoded timestamp
Unstack labelling logic for NAES-6 and NAES-2 detection has been updated during the post processing of detection in sample app.
Libraries now include support for:

Implement monitoring Layer 1 encoding.
This release has significant enhancements compared to Decoder-SDK-Monitor-1. It updates the technical capabilities with the integration of Audio SDK v6 to align with our other encoding/monitoring/reference capabilities.

Nielsen Decoder SDK includes only the components required to detect the Nielsen codes embedded in the audio.
Support for CBET LibVOD TIC output
Support for SID / COMM_ID range checks added to CUccValidator class and to filters (CBET Filtered, NAES 2/6 Filtered, NAES 6 Reduced)

Generate signatures when decoding/monitoring after encoding file based (Library VOD, VOD in TV Ratings)

Simplified version of Audio Decoder SDK for OEM monitoring Watermarks and CBET Layer 5
